Hi, I’m chelsie Ingersoll.
My hope is in Christ. This is the truth that I can and have been able to cling to in times of great joy and celebration and also times of loss, grief, pain, and suffering. Joyous times such as marrying my very best friend. Sharing the joy of giving birth to two beautiful girls AND getting to go through the process of adopting a precious little boy. With great joys often come great sorrows or pain.
As a family with experience in the military we know the pain of deployment. Growing our family and giving birth to two beautiful girls, there has been great joy but I know the difficulties and ups and downs of hormonal changes. Getting to add to your family through adoption is SUCH a gift, but as with any new transition often stress can creep in and create issues. Coupled with a deployment and underlying health issues my body didn’t handle all the stress well and I landed in a pit. BUT, the Lord allowed all this suffering and pain to bring me to a place of understanding and I recognized I had some major issues I needed to address. Blood work is your best friend.
Once I figured out my body needed to detox, REST, heal, be restored with proper nutrients, heal my gut, eat the food God made as close to how he designed it, do things that were life-giving and restful, and forgive as He has forgiven us…truly brought such healing and Hope in my heart, mind, and body.
As a result of the journey the Lord has walked with me on, I am passionate about helping others on their journey of balancing hormones, nutrients, detoxing, resting well, exercising as our bodies are able, de-stressing, forgiving others, and healing our gut. These are just a few reasons I became a health coach. I wanna help people on their personal journey’s to holistic health. Be their cheerleader and coach.
I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a minor in Religious Studies from Christopher Newport University in 2013.
I received my Health Coaching Certification from IIN (The Institute of Integrative Nutrition) in May of 2024.
I’d love a chance to journey beside you.
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” 1 Peter 1:3
